General Updates

Vendor’s area is full. Game supplies, knives and swords, T-shirts, lots of books. Hospitality is ready to go. Attendance is well within the range of previous events at last. We have attendees from as far away as Florida and California.
I’ll check with the main hotel Monday for any additional rooms we might pick up.
If you can’t get a room at either Comfort Suites or La Quinta, there is a Travelodge next door as well. Any issues, let us know and we’ll see what we can do to help.
Memberships are $45 per attendee, and kids under 8 are free.

The room block is open Thursday February 24 through Monday February 28th, 2022. However, the host hotel currently only has Friday and Saturday nights available.
Rooms are $90 at the Comfort Suites, or $80 at the La Quinta across the parking lot.
La Quinta is the overflow hotel, and has rooms available in the block still. (615) 470-1001, same block name.
Note from Convention Leadership:
Please book early. If we fill it, they’ll try to add more rooms from other cancellations. Half the rooms are in the Comfort Suites, the rest in La Quinta, literally across two aisles of parking.
The slight increase in room rate helps offset the function space.
We have a suite across the hall for hospitality and one for gaming. They open Thursday.

Art:
We have tabletop space for art, and artists are welcome to bring easels, gridwall, or other vertical displays. Sales encouraged!

Vending space still available. Attendance is small but dedicated. Our returning vendors have been quite pleased with the response.
GAMING
Gaming will be ad-hoc but space is available and set aside in the main areas for the purpose.

Registration
The “Add to cart” buttons will open another page. Just return to this one to continue adding to the cart before checking out.
T-shirt pre-orders are available, design pending. The default T-shirt color is BLACK. If you do not pre-order a special color, it will be black. A limited number will be available “at the door,” also in black.
